Aegina, Attica
2010

Project: Surveying study, conservation and reuse of a traditional habitation
Location: Messagros, Aegina
Year: 2010

This home is an excellent example of vernacular architecture and has been declared a historical monument by the Ministry of Culture.
The study involved two phases. The first phase was the detailed architecture depiction detailing the building’s damages. The second phase involved the re-designing  of the residence so as to serve the needs of a modern family, its aesthetic upgrade, as well as addressing the structure’s problems.
